Spanish ser and estar activity

This exercise serves as as practice for the differences between ser and estar in the beginners Spanish class.

We present some of the uses of ser and estar in this exercise such as; nationality, identity, characterisation, location, profession, states of emotion and times .

We have also added practice with the conjunction ‘sino’ that we will use to make corrections.

The goal of this game is that, in each square, the student will use the correct form of ser and estar, and also correct the content of the phrase by using the conjunction ‘sino’.
