A1 Spanish activity about the four seasons vocabulary

This sequence of exercises is comprised of two activities to practice using vocabulary about the four seasons of the year.

The first A1 activity for practicing using vocabulary relating to the four seasons consists of matching a series of definitions with their corresponding images that can be classified into these categories: spring, summer, autumn and winter.

The vocabulary that relates to spring, summer, autumn, and winter that we have chosen for this first activity are: bañador, botas, bufanda, camisa, chubasquero, abrigo, guantes, gorro, abeja, regadera, hojas secas, maletas, botas, lluvia, arco iris, sol, nieve, fruta, calabazas, castañas, setas, sombrilla, crema solar, gafas de sol, pájaro, toalla, paraguas, playa, escuela, muñeco de nieve, esquís, flor and chimenea.

In the second A1 activity the aim is that the students can use the vocabulary relating to the seasons through a series of open-ended questions such as, which is your favourite season, what kind of clothes you would wear in a particular season, your different habits in the seasons, or why you don’t like a particular season.
